Functional training should remain functional, and that's why in 2021, we are launching the world's most innovative sports bra, "The Protect Sportsbra," which incorporates all the best features from sports bras we know today, as well as new innovative solutions to protect you from injuries caused by weight bars.
Pernille is the woman behind Tösti Sportswear. Back in 2012, she participated in her very first CrossFit training, and since that day, she has been in love with the sport.
When she's not pushing herself with functional training, she dedicates her professional life to developing sportswear for functional training and improving athletes and fitness enthusiasts through personal training.
She has achieved significant milestones in CrossFit, including participating in Regionals (European Championships) on a team in 2014 and 2015.
"Through my many years of experience with functional training, several of my training buddies and I have had problems with collarbones and necks due to weight bars causing pain, bruises, and sores in those areas.
In 2019, my little sister broke her collarbone during a clean (a type of weightlifting movement), and that's when the idea for The Protect Sportsbra emerged. Since then, my team and I have worked tirelessly to find a solution that works in practice, and in 2022, we are launching the TSW Innovative Collection at Tösti Sportswear, so women no longer have to be slowed down by bruises and pains, in the pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves. It shouldn't be that way."
