Payment 

Tösti Sportswear accepts online payments with Visa, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro, and Mastercard. 
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical goods are shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. 
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. 
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: 
Denmark - Kroner (DKK), USA - Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), Norway - Krone (NOK). 
Tösti Sportswear utilizes a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by others. 
Tösti Sportswear's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol. 

Delivery and Shipment 

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 weekdays. 

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal) 

An extended 30-day full right of return is granted for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. 
The 30-day period starts the day the order is delivered. 
Any return costs are at your own expense. The return label will be deducted from your refund. 
Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. 
If you wish to exercise your right of return, please visit our return portal at https://return.shipmondo.com/tostisport and fill in your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Then fill out the return form. 

Condition of the item you have returned 

You are liable for any depreciation of the goods' value resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. 
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a lesser amount or no refund of the purchase price. It is up to Tösti Sportswear to assess the condition of the item. 
It is important to return the item in its original packaging, with original tags still attached to the item. 

Warranty 

A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. 
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Tösti Sportswear within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. 
The right to complain lapses due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product. 
Tösti Sportswear covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

In case of return in connection with the use of your warranty, please contact us by sending an email to info@tostisport.com  informing us of the fault the product may have, and we will then agree on the further process. 

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system. 

Customer & Privacy Policy 

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; they are only registered in our customer database. You can always have your information deleted. 
To enter into an agreement with Tösti Sportswear, we need the following information:

• Email address 
  We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. 
  Personal information is registered with Tösti Sportswear and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. 
  When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. 
  The director and employees of Tösti Sportswear have access to the information recorded about you.

  We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted. 
  As a registered user with Tösti Sportswear, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into which information is registered about you.
