Pernille is the woman behind Tösti Sportswear. Back in 2012, she took part in her very first CF training and since that day she has been in love with the sport.
When she is not training, she dedicates her working life to developing sportswear for functional training and empowering exercisers and athletes through personal training.
She herself has achieved great achievements within CF, among other things through her 2x participation in Regionals (EM) as a team in 2014 and 2015.
"During my many years of experience with functional training, several of my training friends including myself have had problems with the collarbones and neck due to barbells, which have caused pain, bruises and wounds in the areas.
In 2019, my little sister broke her collarbone during a clean (butt), and the idea for The Protech Sportsbra was born. Since then, my team and I have been working hard to find a solution that works in practice, and in 2022, at Tösti Sportswear, we will launch the TSW Innovative Collection, so that women no longer have to be held back by bruises and pain, with the goal of being the best version of himself. That is not how it should be.”
